The art is in the beef sandwiches. This is a very functional spot for those who work in the Castellana area, or who happen to be nearby at mealtimes. Nevertheless, its retro style in structure, furnishings and decoration, plus the names of classical painters given to the hot sandwiches, seems to indicate there was a more sophisticated target in mind when the restaurant opened. For now, the cuisine is focused on an abundant quantity of home-style "executive menus," consisting of soup, entree and coffee, without dessert or beverages included. For the more hurried customer, there are beef, chicken, tuna fish or cold cuts sandwiches, which are available throughout the day, should you wish to have them for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
