This relative newcomer to the Tucson dining scene concentrates on Asian-accented dishes from the Asian side of the Pacific Rim and beyond, with a special emphasis on the cuisine of Hong Kong, owner C.K. Chan's hometown. However, it's not your average Chinese-American restaurant; it's for people who know how to appreciate the fine differences between all those regional Asian foods.
