Located in an odd-looking business/shopping complex on Polk Street, this Vietnamese seafood restaurant is known all over the city. Walk up two flights of stairs (or take the elevator) and you will find that the atmosphere is elegant, the dress code is semi-formal and the food is excellent. People come from miles around to feast on the Roast Crab and garlic-infused noodles, but most of the other menu items are equally good. If you are on a budget, watch out: the prices seem low, but once you start to order, they can add up quickly.
