This restaurant is located in the elegant One and Only resort, a neighbor of the Atlantis Resort. It serves creative French-Bahamian fusion cuisine in a graceful, tropical setting. Start with the Blackened Conch garnished with cassava chips. At US$14, it's an expensive appetizer, but a real treat for the palate. A two-person Caesar costs US$D22. Signature entrees include the Pan-seared Salmon (USD22) and the Pan-roasted Veal with wild mushrooms (USD48).The atmosphere is breezy and elegant here. Upscale resort wear is recommended.
