Situated in a converted adobe church, the food here is a divine experience in its own right. It is an inspired fusion of traditional American favorites and classic Mexican cuisine served by a friendly staff that is informal but efficient. Seared tuna is slathered with lime-tequila butter while sirloin burgers are spiked with jalepeno peppers and there is more than a hint of chili in the barbecued ribs.
