The seafood here would be great no matter what the view. There is something about the sight of a gorgeous sunset beyond the blue horizon that brings out the best in the fresher-than-fresh dishes here. Tanks of live fish and shellfish greet you at the door of this restaurant that is decorated with gilded wood and Asian art. The preparation of the cuisine, including a perfectly splendid selection of dim sum, is meticulous and expert. Whether Sea Bass grilled simply with lemongrass or baked as part of a clay pot dinner, everything is a delight. So is the service, which is efficient and personable.
