When Fish opened its doors to the city in 2000, it was voted as one of the best new restaurants in town. Years later, it still sets the standard with its fresh seafood and laid-back atmosphere. The menu with its myriad of innovative dishes only uses seasonal fish from local farms in South Carolina. The Autumn lunch menu is delicious with Seared Salmon, the Louisiana PO Boy that is made up of fired oysters, Peninsula Crab Cakes and the standard but delicious Fish & Chips. Fish also caters to private parties and offers some fun options, such as the Cooking Classes where as they say, "Your Kitchen’s the stage".
