This restaurant at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort offers the complete food and entertainment package for lovers of cowboy lore, featuring mesquite-grilled steaks and broiled venison, and including some more contemporary fare such as broiled lobster tails and trout.
