This dignified restaurant scores top marks from critics and guests. It is owned and run by two French brothers who strive to maintain both classic elegance and reasonable prices for prix fixe meals (around $40 per person for dinner.) Ordering a la carte can be a bit pricier. Dinner will probably average out to $50 per person. Although the menu changes constantly, typical items include steak tartare, sauteed prawns provencale, and sweetbreads. The service is impeccable.
