Ramon Eduardo, owner of a company that distributes coffee and baked goods to cafes around New York has branched out into the café business itself. After moving into a new space in Hell’s kitchen, Ramon added a few chairs, tables and a service counter and named it 'Bakery & Café'. It has a down to earth look with exposed red brick walls. It serves breakfast pastries, ricotta-filled doughnuts and buttery almond toasts.
