Husband and wife bakers Joseph Rodriguez and Nicole Lane specialize in naturally leavened and yeasted breads made from organic flours. They are hand shaped and hearth baked daily, with a wide selection ranging from the simple, basic baguette to specialty breads such as garlic thyme and rye currant.
