Bilbao's Plaza Nueva is an interesting place for tourists, with bars under the arches. The Urdiña is one of them, and is recognisable by its blue interior decor and its tables outside in the square on sunny days. One of the bar's specialities is the delicious dish of scrambled eggs with mushrooms, roasted and slightly spicy red peppers with anchovies, or excellent prawns.
