The Coast Playhouse is a fairly well-established Equity waiver theater in the heart of West Hollywood (WeHo). You can see stars, drag queens and even a waste of honey. Anthony Edwards of 'ER' fame performed in 'Grand Junction' here. More recently, Charles Busch was the title character in his campy 'Die! Mommy! Die!' The infamous Karen Finley, of the NEA Four, slathered herself with honey as the ending segment of her performance art piece, 'Shut Up and Love Me.' It can be weird or wonderful and sometimes both.
