If you are in the mood to watch a play, while in Los Angeles, head to the Ivar Theatre in Hollywood. This well maintained theater is not too large and can hold around 200-300 people. The fact that the venue is compact and the stage is closer, makes for better viewing. The ambiance inside is pleasant and the theatre is clean and well-maintained, while the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a place you might want to visit, if you enjoy theatre.
