The Lobero Theatre in downtown Santa Barbara is a historical building which was initially an opera house. In 1924, the theater was rebuilt as an arts and cultural center. The Lobero now hosts an array of performances and also functions as a corporate meeting space. The venue can seat up to 680 audiences for any event and is most popular for the concerts held by the Music Academy of the West.
