The partnership between the City of Thousand Oaks and the Alliance for the Arts brought about amazing changes on the art scene. The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza’s Countrywide Performing Arts Center is a result of the alliance and is the largest venue. Fred Kavli Theatre for the Performing Arts, within this center is a huge theater with a seating capacity of 1800 seats; it hosts a number of performances and is a preferred venue because of its modern adaptation.
