Nukketeatteri Sytkyt was begun by Juha Laukkanen and Arto Ollikaisen. 20 years later, they continue to have over 250 performances in a year! Juha Laukkanen has also been selected to be a UNICEF Ambassador. Their performances are designed so as to please children and families and they perform in Finnish, Swedish, English and German. The performances include many fairy tales like Beauty and the Beast, Is There A Dragon In My Bag, Christmas Gospel, The Sandman etc.
