The grandeur alone makes it worth a visit to this stately venue, which is one of the three concert houses that make up the Los Angeles Music Center. Home to the Los Angeles Opera, the Philharmonic Orchestra, the Los Angeles Master Chorale and occasionally the Academy Awards, the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion is a grand venue of opulence. The crystal chandeliers are breathtaking. Inside the theatre, the acoustics are state-of-the-art and every seat, even in the highest balcony, is a good seat.
