This is a meeting place for fine arts students and fans, movie buffs, painters, street performers and active members of NGOs. The bar makes the most of the fact that it is located downtown and organizes parties from time to time for Cubans and Africans who are passing through town. They also have performances with story-tellers and concerts featuring local and Latin artists. Members of a biking club (the Asociación de Amigos de la Bici) meet here weekly in order to plan their activities.
