The well-kept cemetery holds the graves of British soldiers who died in World War I, and is designed according the the standard set by the Imperial War Graves Commission. Each stone contains the unit insignia, soldier’s name, age, and date of death. In the western section, 24 stones are marked with Stars of David for the Jewish soldiers buried here. A memorial chapel honours those who were missing in action. Call the British Consulate General in Jerusalem for information about special ceremonies for Remembrance Day, +972 2582 8281
