bad intimacy; game is a rumor
seats should hover over the action; instead its like folding chairs at a soccor game; poor perspective and sightline.

Very impressed!
I was very impressed with this park. You can tell that it is only ten years old. Some how this park has a completely different feel to it than comes across on T.V. I thought this park had a very friendly and intimate feel to it. Also, the grass is as thick and green as I have ever seen in my entire life. Not one "bald spot". It is also very family focused, with rides and fairly polite fans. I thought they had a pretty good food court and a little bar under the right field stands too. I did have a few problems though. The stand that sells Tiger hats and shirts was outrageously expensive! They don't post the prices, then you feel cheap when you don't want to pay, like $75 for a ball cap. I saw one guy ask about a price on a t-shirt and just roll his eyes and walk away. Another thing is that they should have built a dome like many clubs, even in Florida are doing these days. I spent six hours at Comerica because of two rain delays. A third minor complaint is that they only sell about three types of beer at the nearby concession stands and the walking vendors. You can easily spend about $60 on beer if you are like me. Next time I am bringing a flask! Other than this I had a great time watching the Tigers beat on the A's 14 to 1, including 2 grand slams!

Bring the Family
Comerica is one cool ballpark. The fans are passionate and well-behaved. Right field porch offers qualift affordable seats. The tiger hall of fame is a nice touch. The only reason I did not give this park 5 stars was because the stands sit so far back from the field of play. For this reason Comerica park lacks an intimate feel.
