The Palazzo Marescalchi was built between the end of the 16th Century and the beginning of the 17th Century. The façade was designed by Floriano Ambrosini and dates back to 1613.The entrance hall is decorated with beautiful frescoes, and the reception room contains some valuable works of art by Tiarini, Reni, and Tibaldi. The palazzo also contains an unusual oval shaped room which was decorated by Felice Giani.
