Come to the lowest point on the surface of the earth and also one of the hottest! Here you will find clean, oxygen enriched air, and needless to say, water salty enough to float in. There are several places of interest here, including the Qumran caves where the Dead Sea scrolls were found, the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve with exquisite wildlife, and the historical Roman Fortress of Masada. Its many beaches include the private ones of Ein Gedi and Ein Feshka, and the Ein Gedi Spa is worth checking out if you need to detoxify after a hard week.
