Beautiful!!!
I love Hart Plaza. They always have wonderful events there. I have been crossing the Windsor-Detroit border since I can remember and everytime they have an event I'm there. I used to work downtown at the Courtyard Marriott and we stayed busy whenever there was something going on in Hart Plaza. It has a beautiful view of Canada and your right on the water which is breathe taking. It's family oriented and everyone can come and joy the festivities. Hart Plaza is the place to be in Detroit, MI.

its all ways nice to go to hart plaza,and look at the different people that are there. sit by the water and just chill and enjoy our day.

NOTHING TO DO
I am a Detroit native, and am disappointed to see that so much of the ethnic festival has disappeared from the venue. When I was growing up, the ethnic festival included not only African/Black-related cultural activities, but also Latino, German, and Polish festivals...and, I believe, other ethnic festivities. Now, it's beens reduced to a select few. Don't get me wrong, as a black person, I am happy to see the African American, Caribbean, AND African World Festivals, but I think more should be added to draw more people down there.
