When you step into Chek Jawa, it's not hard to believe how fiercely so many Singaporeans fought to preserve this little eden for the appreciation of future generations to come. Located on Pulau Ubin, Chek Jawa is brimming with wildlife and gorgeous flora and fauna. To preserve the pristine condition of this protected space, visitors have to leave their bikes at the start of the trail and make their way to the wetlands on foot.
