The Information Centre provides a welcoming personal service for visitors and locals alike. The centre offers transport information, accommodation booking anywhere in the UK, tourist information and leaflets, tickets for local events and theatres, maps, books, and posters, and a great range of souvenirs—from glassware to teddy bears. Full wheelchair access is available, and there is an induction loop for the hard of hearing.
