The Hardtbergbad is situated on a mountain and is the highest swimming pool in Bonn! You can even marvel at Cologne Cathedral from here in good weather. In addition to this, it is the only combi-swimming pool around. Inside there is a swimming hall with multi-purpose and teaching pools. Outside, a multi purpose pool with a surface area of more than 1000 sq.m. awaits customers. There is a paddling pool for the children with a water jet and splash area, as well as a 33 metre long water slide. The sports pool was the venue of the women's European championship water polo tournament in 1989.
