This is a Romanic church dating back to 1187 and renovated in 1665 by Paolo Canali. The façade is adorned with a statue of St Peter, by Agostino Corsino, and one of St Paul, by Peter von Verschaffelt. In 1712, il Dotti enlarged the Santissimo Sacramento chapel and Giovanni Zacchi, il Nosadella, Prospero Fontana and il Samacchini are behind some of the works that decorate the inside of the building.
