This museum is distinguished by its openness to the expression of the various ethnical groups in the country. Fortunately for very young audiences, the same openness is given to children's art. Thus, kids can appreciate drawings, paintings, sculptures or other works of art made by kids. An additional attraction, and the most important in this case, is that the young artists belong to various ethnical groups, such as purepechas, mixe, totziles and Mayan descendants. This art constitutes a cultural window through which you can appreciate the traditions, beliefs, values and daily life outside the big cities. Admission is free.
