This museum is located in one of the most interesting parts of the city and has on show, a permanent exhibition of the geophysical evolution of the Cerro de la Estrella (translated as the Hill of the Star). The hill itself is a historical centre, the heart of Iztapalapa and the location of the Passion of Christ every Holy Week. Come and admire the ceramic figures that have been found near the hill and its mysterious caves. There are also films and photographs on show. Parking is available and admittance is free.
