The Peking Acrobats are some of the finest in the world and a very popular Chinese export. You will gasp in awe as you witness this agile troupe's death-defying acts of contortion, juggling and tumbling, unlike anything you've ever seen! The 30-member troupe is a hyperactive delicatessen with a complete cunning array of stunts. They ride bicycles, they juggle, they jump, they spin, they twirl, and they create a cascading pyramid of heads, limbs and bodies with the agility and suppleness of a giant boa constrictor. Their physical ability borders on the shocking, twisting themselves into human pretzels. Peking Acrobats is fun for the whole family and a genuine worldwide favorite because they speak the international language of acrobatics. The Peking Acrobats are part of Zellerbach Hall's 2005 Cal Performances series.
