This exciting event takes place every year during the last week of September. The competition features the Royal class, which encompasses vintage sailing ships as well as boats of 12, eight and six meters, and the Dragon class. All boats drop anchor at the old port for the occasion, adding character to this already picturesque spot. Of course, the most beautiful spectacle is still the regattas, when sails of all colours can be seen in the bay. Admission is free.
