Very unpleasant customer service (cont.)
It turned out that he was WRONG. I gave him the 3 scarves, but he misplaced them somewhere else and failed to give them to me. Some Burberry products are in good value in the outlet, but I felt very unpleasant to be treated in this way.

Very unpleasant customer service
After checking the items I just paid I realized 3 scarves were missing (without payment). I went back to ask the man at cashier if he saw them. He became very defensive and insisted he did everything correctly. He dismissed me saying I did not give him the items and started discussing with his colleagues something while looking at me. I felt uncomfortable and helpless. I was willing to buy the scarves, but could not find them at the shelf. I looked for them and no one came to help me.
