Not only do they turn out an exceptionally smooth and rich chocolate, they sculpt it into shapes that are almost too beautiful to eat. For Easter, go beyond a chocolate bunny and pick up a bouquet of perfectly rendered chocolate tulips, including a ruffle on the edge. For a real statement, you can serve them up in one of the oversized chocolate vases also on sale. For something more low-key, but just as delicious, there is an ever-changing array of flavored truffles and Almond Bark.
