In an interior lined in de rigeur pale wood, the produce is always fresh, as is the bread from local artisan bakeries such as Metropolis and Semifreddi. You can buy grains and nuts in bulk or have a smoothie whipped up for you by the hipster at the front counter. The size of the store allows for an excellent selection, but a staff that knows its natural foods chapter and verse makes it feel more like a country store than a supermarket.
