Ask for your money back..........
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the cathedral where our daughter was graduating the next day. We booked two double rooms- one on the 4th [smoking floor] and one on the 3rd.

good hotel, will be going back location very good. very nice pool good bar and good rooms. Wife picked it out knowing how like hotels with all the extra bits.

Super Hotel, Lovely staff - awful food
This hotel is ideal for a visit to Bristol. It is right in the centre of the town, near the waterfront, next to the Cathedral and library (for Family History research) and a few minutes walk from two Concert Halls
