Clery's has long been a reliable fixture in the city and is in the process of restoring itself to a previous splendour that most Dubliners are too young to recall. This famous and elegant store is housed on O'Connell Street in one of Dublin's signature buildings. Clery's caters to a broader market than many other Dublin department stores (you definitely can't find holy water vessels in Brown Thomas), but there are Miss Selfridge and Warehouse concessions to keep the young folks interested. It also boasts what is arguably the best kitchenware department in the city.
