This very famous restaurant run by Roger Vergé, Le Moulin de Mougins (the high cuisine of Provençal dishes), also has three rooms and four apartments available. This establishment is housed in a sixteenth-century oil mill. The setting is enchanting (a beautiful garden adorned with sculptures of modern art), the décor, Provençal in spirit of course, is charming. The French sculptor César regularly stayed here. Le Moulin de Mougins is also a shop (wedding list, furniture, pictures, signed cookery books, produce from the Cuisine du Soleil range, etc) and a cellar with 5000 bottles.
