very poor value for money not 5 star
Went to a private function 22nd dec. and food was very poor for money. Sprouts so hard you could not put fork in them. Meat was very tough.Also no choice of sweets etc. Drinks extortionate £8 for glass of wine. Very poor value for money. Would not recommend it.

Very Poor
The standard of cleanliness in the rooms was very poor and certainly didn’t live up to the price tag. The food was abysmal; the staff were scruffy and looked very board probably because we were the only four people in the restaurant. The food was bland boring and my fish had probably been frozen.

Fabulous dinner
For about £30 per head plus wine you get a fabulous meal in a superb setting. Definately worth a try....you will need to book in advance.
