TERRIBLE - JULY 2008
Not a vrey good hotel AT ALL! Since the entrance to the check-out the rececptionist and staff at all are bad! Not only xtremelly rude, they are inneficient! The only thing good were the mades, who were very nice, kind and didnt think they were doing us any favors. Mini bar: its closed. There are several things in it, but you have to pay 180 bsf consuming them all or NOT! Room service: They dont have any menu in the room. When u ask for it they say its not allowed to take any manus to rooms. Solution given by them: call the restaurant and ask for the menu, so they can read it for you and you can choose what u wanna eat over the telefone!!!

Decent Place to Stay for the $$$
Like: The staff are very attentive. I do not know if this is customary, but someone always escorted me to the grocery store, restaurant, etc. It is extremely clean, the maid service is excellent. Cable TV, a ton of English channels. Venezuela uses American electric outlets, which is nice. Spacious room with double beds, room to do a mini-work out. Dining table. It was a decent alternative to some of the pricer hotels.
