In 1998, when the Hôtel Cornavin was completely renovated, the roof was raised to allow for the addition of a spacious panoramic dining room with wonderful views of the whole city. Across the street from the main railway station, it is today one of Geneva's most modern hotels. It is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and the furniture in the rooms was specially designed in attractive cherry wood. The rooms and halls are all soundproof.
