The tiled balcony has a view of the pool and the marina, where you can keep a boat up to 28-feet wide. There's a complete kitchen and a spiral staircase, leading to the loft from the living area. This is an airy condo with cathedral ceilings. Tennis courts and swimming pools are on the grounds for the use of guests and the Treasure Cay beach is five minutes away on foot.
