Caramba is, as you might expect, a Latin bar, with Mexican drinks and cuisine available. Like most bars in the Soho area it is small, but there is enough space to lounge around and drink tequila, munch on nachos and burritos, and dream away to swinging salsa sounds. The interior is bright and breezy, encouraging civilized conversation, until you imbibe one too many glasses of house red, which is very possible given the sparkling choices on the wine list.
