Not a tourist hotel but very nice.
It is my favorite Caracas hotel -because- it doesn't really fit the bill for casual tourists or families. The staff is wonderful but is not fluent in English. I speak fairly fluent Spanish and travel to Vz. on business and this hotel suits me perfectly...it is very clean and the location is excellent.
