Decorated in the traditional Castilian style with abundant use of exposed brick, hardwoods, wrought-iron and ceramic tiles, this is a carefully restored 17th-century bakery converted into a three star hotel. The bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped. Some have views of the gardens and others overlook Cigarrales (an area of upmarket country houses). Many of the building's original features have been preserved, including facade, patio fountain and balconies. Adjacent are interesting historic monuments: Museo de El Greco, Sinagoga del Tránsito, Palacio de Fuensalida and Santo Tomé Church.
