This old house could not be in a nicer setting. The surrounding countryside is a protected rural area and the village of Candelario itself has historic landmark status. The house sleeps a maximum of six people in four rooms. The lounge has an ancient beamed ceiling and stone fireplace. Many of the furnishings and paintings are antiques. The house can be rented by the week or for weekends. To get here, take the N-630 out of Salamanca to Béjar (70km) and then follow the SA-100 (4km) until you reach Candelario. It is also possible to get to the village by public transport.
