The five star accommodations of The Ritz Beach Resort are on Grand Bahama's southern shore with a variety of white sand beaches. This is a vacationclub resort where you must be a share owner in order to stay. Efficiencies to Penthouse Villas are available. The units themselves are adorned with marble tiled floors, mirrored walls, glass tile bathrooms, pools on the balconies and Jacuzzi tubs. Catering more to vacationing couples than families, the units were designed with romantic getaways in mind. The Ritz shares many of the amenities with its sister resort, the Taino. The elaborate water park and nearby Pirates of the Bahamas Theme Park (see separate listing) provide instant fun. Bars, restaurants, and shopping destinations are only a five-minute ferry ride away in Port Lucaya.
