This small, privately owned hotel is a former winner of the Automobile Association National Awards for the Best Private Hotel in London. A good compromise if you want to be within easy reach of central London, but don't want the noise that comes with it, Avonmore hotel is located in a leafy residential street 10 minutes from Earls Court Exhibition Centre and close to West Kensington underground. The Victorian house has been modernised inside and the hotel is reasonably priced, offering average facilities and very friendly staff.
