This hotel takes its name from the mountain it stands on—Putxet. It's close to both Carrer Balmes and Ronda General Mitre, two of the principal routes into the city. So anywhere in Barcelona is within easy reach of the motorist. It also makes a good base for visits to the amazing Parc Güell, designed by the famous architect, Antoni Gaudí. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and offer good value for money. It was an apartment-hotel until 1991, when it was completely remodelled.
