Situated within sight of the Severn Estuary, this historic and picturesque inn dates from the 12th century. In the 17th, the Duke of Monmouth's supporters stood trial here, accused by the sheriffs of James I. Each of the guest rooms have been sympathetically furnished to complement the historic features uncovered during restoration, such as ancient timbers and fireplaces. On site is the Lillies restaurant, offering meals, a great wine list and some superb real ales.
